14-day money-back guarantee. If DuckCast isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full.

Try before you buy

DuckCast has a free tier so you can evaluate the full feature set — the SQL editor, grid, charts, AI chat, and every supported file type and data source — before spending anything. We encourage you to try it first.

The guarantee

If you purchase a license and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. Once refunded, the associated license key will be deactivated.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number or the email receipt. We’ll process it promptly.

Purchases are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so the refund is issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear. You can also request a refund directly via the link in your Paddle receipt. See Paddle’s buyer terms for details.

After 14 days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If something isn’t working, reach out — we ’d rather fix the problem than lose you.
